Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GSPT1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GSPT1 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal clear cell carcinoma (KIRC), where higher GSPT1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GSPT1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

KIRC, LIHC, and SKCM are the cancer types where GSPT1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
