GSKIP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSKIP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,387 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSKIP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SETD3, PAPOLA, and SPTLC2. Each is linked with GSKIP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSKIP-to-partner and partner-to-GSKIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GSKIP versus SETD3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSKIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSKIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
