GSKIP

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSKIP protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,858 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSKIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are SETD3, PRKN, and CINP. Each is linked with GSKIP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSKIP-to-partner and partner-to-GSKIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GSKIP versus SETD3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSKIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSKIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
