GSKIP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSKIP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,966 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSKIP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP113, MLLT10P2, and WASH9P. Each is linked with GSKIP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSKIP-to-partner and partner-to-GSKIP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP113 grouped by GSKIP-low versus GSKIP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSKIP→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSKIP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
