Across TCGA cell cohorts, GSK3B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,120 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GSK3B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of dopaminergic neuron differentiation, Regulation of type B pancreatic cell development, and Regulation of glycogen (starch) synthase activity. Each is linked with GSK3B in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSK3B-to-partner and partner-to-GSK3B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of dopaminergic neuron differentiation grouped by GSK3B-low versus GSK3B-high in LUNG_SCLC.
