GSK3A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GSK3A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,590 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSK3A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of protein localization to centrosome, Negative regulation of calcium ion export across plasma membrane, and Regulation of base-excision repair. Each is linked with GSK3A in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSK3A-to-partner and partner-to-GSK3A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Regulation of protein localization to centrosome grouped by GSK3A-low versus GSK3A-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSK3A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSK3A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
