GSG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,833 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU4-72P, SUMO2P5, and LINC02309. Each is linked with GSG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSG1-to-partner and partner-to-GSG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU4-72P grouped by GSG1-low versus GSG1-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
