GSG1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GSG1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSG1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GFRA4, OR4F5, and HBG1. Each is linked with GSG1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSG1-to-partner and partner-to-GSG1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GFRA4 grouped by GSG1-low versus GSG1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSG1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSG1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
