GSE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,776 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are DTL, JAKMIP1, and BCAR1. Each is linked with GSE1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSE1-to-partner and partner-to-GSE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DTL grouped by GSE1-low versus GSE1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
