GSE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GSE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 841 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBR7, ENOPH1, and GAGE12E. Each is linked with GSE1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSE1-to-partner and partner-to-GSE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UBR7 grouped by GSE1-low versus GSE1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
