GSDME

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSDME RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,846 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSDME-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FN1, CRTAP, and AHNAK2_S260. Each is linked with GSDME in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSDME-to-partner and partner-to-GSDME results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GSDME versus FN1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSDME→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSDME) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
