GSDME

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GSDME RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,037 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSDME-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM126A, FADS3, and LOXL2. Each is linked with GSDME in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSDME-to-partner and partner-to-GSDME results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GSDME versus FAM126A in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSDME→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSDME) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
