GSDME

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GSDME mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSDME-associated genes across cancer lineages are LACRT, PRAMEF14, and MYH4. Each is linked with GSDME in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSDME-to-partner and partner-to-GSDME results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LACRT grouped by GSDME-low versus GSDME-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSDME→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSDME) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
