Across TCGA cell cohorts, GSDMC RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,890 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSDMC-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Small GTPase-mediated signal transduction, Rho protein signal transduction, and Antigen processing and presentation of exogenous peptide antigen via MHC class Ib. Each is linked with GSDMC in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSDMC-to-partner and partner-to-GSDMC results are reported.
