GSDMB

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSDMB mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSDMB-associated genes across cancer lineages are ER-alpha_pS118, JNK_pT183_Y185, and MEK1. Each is linked with GSDMB in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSDMB-to-partner and partner-to-GSDMB results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ER-alpha_pS118 grouped by GSDMB-low versus GSDMB-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSDMB→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSDMB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
