GSDMA

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GSDMA mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GSDMA-associated genes across cancer lineages are STAT3_pY705, JNK_pT183_Y185, and C-Raf. Each is linked with GSDMA in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GSDMA-to-partner and partner-to-GSDMA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STAT3_pY705 grouped by GSDMA-low versus GSDMA-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GSDMA→partner) and Y-score (partner→GSDMA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
