GRXCR2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRXCR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,102 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRXCR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AZI2, POC1A, and DTYMK. Each is linked with GRXCR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRXCR2-to-partner and partner-to-GRXCR2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRXCR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRXCR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
