GRXCR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRXCR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 127 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRXCR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TEP1, ANKRD12, and UNC79. Each is linked with GRXCR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRXCR1-to-partner and partner-to-GRXCR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRXCR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRXCR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
