GRTP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRTP1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRTP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10W1 and TLE7. Each is linked with GRTP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRTP1-to-partner and partner-to-GRTP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10W1 grouped by GRTP1-low versus GRTP1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRTP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRTP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
