GRSF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRSF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,622 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRSF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP436, LCEP1, and RNU6ATAC30P. Each is linked with GRSF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRSF1-to-partner and partner-to-GRSF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP436 grouped by GRSF1-low versus GRSF1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRSF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRSF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
