GRSF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRSF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,571 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRSF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HLA-G, DCLRE1C, and RNASEL. Each is linked with GRSF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRSF1-to-partner and partner-to-GRSF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRSF1 versus HLA-G in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRSF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRSF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
