GRPR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRPR RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,622 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRPR-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL7, MAGED2, and IL18. Each is linked with GRPR in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRPR-to-partner and partner-to-GRPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRPR versus RPL7 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
