GRPR

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRPR RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,767 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRPR-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Psychomotor behavior, Positive regulation of establishment of T cell polarity, and Positive regulation of cell-substrate junction organization. Each is linked with GRPR in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRPR-to-partner and partner-to-GRPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Psychomotor behavior grouped by GRPR-low versus GRPR-high in PANCREAS.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
