GRPR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRPR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRPR-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRIM42, OR10A5, and CAPZA3. Each is linked with GRPR in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRPR-to-partner and partner-to-GRPR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRIM42 grouped by GRPR-low versus GRPR-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRPR→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRPR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
