Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GRPEL2P1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 11 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GRPEL2P1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher GRPEL2P1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GRPEL2P1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

STAD, THCA, and SKCM are the cancer types where GRPEL2P1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
