Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRPEL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,023 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRPEL1-associated genes across cancer lineages are JAM3, LHFPL6, and HERC1. Each is linked with GRPEL1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRPEL1-to-partner and partner-to-GRPEL1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRPEL1 versus JAM3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRPEL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRPEL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
