GRPEL1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRPEL1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,112 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRPEL1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAJA3, TRAP1, and TUFM. Each is linked with GRPEL1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRPEL1-to-partner and partner-to-GRPEL1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRPEL1 versus DNAJA3 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRPEL1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRPEL1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
