Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRPEL1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,014 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRPEL1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Ribosomal small subunit biogenesis, 'de novo' IMP biosynthetic process, and rRNA processing. Each is linked with GRPEL1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRPEL1-to-partner and partner-to-GRPEL1 results are reported.
