GRN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRN-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMIM9, OR1E3, and CT47A6. Each is linked with GRN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRN-to-partner and partner-to-GRN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SMIM9 grouped by GRN-low versus GRN-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRN→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
