GRM7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRM7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,664 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRM7-associated genes across cancer lineages are NCBP3, EPHB6, and NARF. Each is linked with GRM7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRM7-to-partner and partner-to-GRM7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRM7→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRM7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
