GRM6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRM6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,094 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are NIPA1, UQCRH, and MCM10. Each is linked with GRM6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRM6-to-partner and partner-to-GRM6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NIPA1 grouped by GRM6-low versus GRM6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
