GRM6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRM6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,287 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRM6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS9, RPL18A, and GAR1. Each is linked with GRM6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRM6-to-partner and partner-to-GRM6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS9 grouped by GRM6-low versus GRM6-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRM6→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRM6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
