GRM5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRM5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,211 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are PFKFB4, APCDD1, and FEN1. Each is linked with GRM5 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRM5-to-partner and partner-to-GRM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PFKFB4 grouped by GRM5-low versus GRM5-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
