GRM5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRM5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 294 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRM5-associated genes across cancer lineages are CTCFL, H4C12, and H2BC3. Each is linked with GRM5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRM5-to-partner and partner-to-GRM5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CTCFL grouped by GRM5-low versus GRM5-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRM5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRM5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
