GRM4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,998 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOP10, MTFP1, and MRPL46. Each is linked with GRM4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRM4-to-partner and partner-to-GRM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOP10 grouped by GRM4-low versus GRM4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
