GRM4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRM4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,632 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRM4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Establishment of protein localization to organelle, Primary alcohol biosynthetic process, and Aldosterone biosynthetic process. Each is linked with GRM4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRM4-to-partner and partner-to-GRM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Establishment of protein localization to organelle grouped by GRM4-low versus GRM4-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
