GRM4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRM4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 369 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRM4-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELOVL4, FUT5, and TSHB. Each is linked with GRM4 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRM4-to-partner and partner-to-GRM4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ELOVL4 grouped by GRM4-low versus GRM4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRM4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRM4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
