GRM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,481 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SUMO2, CDK1, and TAF9. Each is linked with GRM2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRM2-to-partner and partner-to-GRM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SUMO2 grouped by GRM2-low versus GRM2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
