GRM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,353 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GIMD1, GNG14, and CROCC. Each is linked with GRM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRM2-to-partner and partner-to-GRM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GIMD1 grouped by GRM2-low versus GRM2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
