Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GRM1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GRM1 data layer compared with 21 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher GRM1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GRM1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
COAD, UCEC, and MESO are the cancer types where GRM1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
