GRK7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRK7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRK7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZSCAN1, TBL1Y, and ADRA1A. Each is linked with GRK7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRK7-to-partner and partner-to-GRK7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZSCAN1 grouped by GRK7-low versus GRK7-high in PANCREAS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRK7→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRK7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
