GRK6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRK6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,687 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRK6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP369, PTP4A1P3, and MYL6BP1. Each is linked with GRK6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRK6-to-partner and partner-to-GRK6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRK6→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRK6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
