GRK2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,645 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRK2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GRK2_S670, DOCK2, and OSTF1. Each is linked with GRK2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRK2-to-partner and partner-to-GRK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRK2 versus GRK2_S670 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
