GRK2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,369 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CD48, CCRL2, and APOL3. Each is linked with GRK2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRK2-to-partner and partner-to-GRK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRK2 versus CD48 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
