Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,015 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GRK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are IPO7P1, DCAF4L1, and BICD2. Each is linked with GRK2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRK2-to-partner and partner-to-GRK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IPO7P1 grouped by GRK2-low versus GRK2-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
