Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRK2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,547 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRK2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Viral genome replication, mRNA alternative polyadenylation, and CAAX-box protein processing. Each is linked with GRK2 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRK2-to-partner and partner-to-GRK2 results are reported.
