GRK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GRK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SHOX, SLAMF1, and MAGEB4. Each is linked with GRK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRK2-to-partner and partner-to-GRK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SHOX grouped by GRK2-low versus GRK2-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
