GRIPAP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIPAP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,000 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIPAP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RRBP1, HDLBP, and TCEAL1. Each is linked with GRIPAP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIPAP1-to-partner and partner-to-GRIPAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRIPAP1 versus RRBP1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIPAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIPAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
