GRIPAP1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIPAP1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,801 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIPAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMM17B, FAAH2, and GPKOW. Each is linked with GRIPAP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIPAP1-to-partner and partner-to-GRIPAP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GRIPAP1 versus TIMM17B in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GRIPAP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GRIPAP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
