GRIPAP1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GRIPAP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GRIPAP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Caspase-8. Each is linked with GRIPAP1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GRIPAP1-to-partner and partner-to-GRIPAP1 results are reported.
